How the Pitch Competition Will Work
To qualify for the final Pitch Competition at Indigenous Biz Con, participants must:

Be an Indigenous business/entrepreneur

Complete a Pitch Readiness educational session
-
Participate in one of the qualifying pitch opportunities
-
Be selected as one of the five finalists advancing to Indigenous Biz Con
Prize:
2 Finalists will win $2,000
Pitch Readiness Opportunities
Participants will have multiple opportunities to complete this requirement:
9/19 - 10am - Virtual
9/22 - 6pm - Virtual
9/23 - 12pm - Virtual
9/30 - In Person at WIHEDC Conference
Qualifying Pitch Opportunities
We are planning several opportunities for businesses to pitch and earn a spot at Indigenous Biz Con:
9/24 - Virtual Qualifying Pitch
9/30-10/1 - WIHEDC Pitch Competition - 2 Winners Advance
10/6 - In-person Pitch in Oneida with AICCW
10/8 - Virtual Qualifying Pitch


Five finalists will then advance to pitch live at Indigenous Biz Con V - Oct. 12-13 at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino.
Each finalist will receive complimentary registration to IBC V and a one-on-one mentoring opportunity with business professionals before the final competition.
